President
Presides at all meetings of the association and the executive board and presents a report of the work of the association during the preceding year at the annual meeting.

Vice President
Assists the president in the performance of her duties and in the absence or inability of the president to perform her duties has the same authority as the president.

Secretary
Maintains accurate records of the proceedings of all meetings of the association and of the executive board, and acts under the direction of the president to conduct the general correspondence of the association.

Treasurer
Collects and disburses the funds of the association and annually submits an operating report and financial statement for audit at the close of the fiscal year.
